Hi everybody,

My name is Aaron Dunn (yes, there are two Aarons now), I’m the Director of Product Marketing here at Box. It’s my job to ensure that all of you are as satisfied with box.net as much as possible, and to gather feedback about how we can improve our service and product.

I’d like to start off this post to tell you that we’ve recently updated our Box.net Widget, just in time to share your holiday media. The new widget allows thumbnail views of pictures, without having to download them first. You can also upload new files directly through the widget, right on your blog or website.  Currently, you’ll have to create a widget through an existing widget, for the direct-upload function to work, but this is only temporary.

Secondly, I’ve decided that one of my first tasks will be to revamp our help section. I thought I would ask you, our users, to email, or post comments here, with suggestions of how we can improve this section. Would pictures and movies help or distract? Are there things you like, and don’t want changed? We welcome any ideas.
